Tremblay the Butler is a character introduced in Amateur Surgeon 4's Epilogue. He initially appears in the beginning of E8, then later becomes the final patient in E12.

Bio[]

Tremblay is the supposed butler of the Maison D'Obscene. Little is known about him other than that he works under the orders of the Master.

The Epilogue[]

Tremblay first meets Ignacious Bleed II and Alan Probe outside the entrance of the Maison D'Obscene. Greeting the surgeons, he leads them into the mansion for the Master's party, then leaves them to tend to the wounded party-goers inside. He returns minutes later as the power goes out. When questioned about the whereabouts of the Master, he dodges this by stating that he is "undisposed to visitors" due to the power outage. Suspicious, Alan persuades Ignacious to search around the mansion with him. They eventually uncover a hidden lab, where they stumble upon a distressed "Muta-Shark".

Accidents

Tremblay warning the others not to interfere with anything

As Alan and Ignacious deal with healing the Muta-Shark, Tremblay manages to slip out of the lab and travel through a secret path to The Boom Shack off-screen, where Ophelia Payne so happened to be. Finding it as the perfect opportunity, he offers her a drink from his tray, which turns out to be tainted with the "C-virus". Ophelia nearly succumbs to the terrible blutation, but Alan and Ignacious make it through the hidden path just in time to cure her. Afterwards, everyone becomes majorly suspicious of Tremblay and prevent him from leaving. The gang soon find out that Tremblay's face is actually a mask, and after removing a bundle of other masks and a grocery bag, his true identity is revealed.
