Grindarella pre-op, a bit flirtatious
Piston Flexxx seems to have been made much easier to handle in Amateur Surgeon 4: Re-Generations. Now whenever you replace any of Piston Flexxx's limbs, only two of the burst arteries must be clamped down (opposed to all four in AS3.) Connect any broken steel bone as normal with the tongs, then burn and gel everything in place. During the surgery, (after replacing the other arm) you'll have to go and replace the female transistors within Piston Flexxx with new "manly blue ones". However due to the current incompatibility with the new parts, flames have set off within him, which must be vacuumed up before the transistors can be replaced. Make sure to patch up any visible cuts! After dealing with the cuts, replace the dainty female legs with the burly male legs and you're done.
