Manfredd a.k.a The Marvellous Manfredd is a character from Amateur Surgeon 2's Circus Freak-Out. He reappears in Amateur Surgeon 4: Re-Generations as the 72nd patient.

Amateur Surgeon 2's Circus Freak-Out[]

Under the orders of the "Ringmaster", Manfredd was forced to incorporate ticks into his performances. These ticks would repeatedly bite Manfredd, leaving him so itchy it made him go crazy. Lucky for him his troubles were alleviated by Alan Probe. When questioned about the magical ball given to him by Elephant Boy, Manfredd recognizes that it belongs to Psycho Man Tricks and directs them to head to the trailer across the park.

Alan's Description[]

This poor man has been made to perform with parasitic insects for the enjoyment of others! What kind of circus is this?

Personality and Appearance[]

Manfredd appears as a nice, tanned tall man. His hair is dark, styled in a sort of pompadour, which is greying by the sideburns. A mustache and goatee bring out his facial features. He wears a blue long sleeved shirt with a huge collar and green pants riddled with silver glitter. He sports blue socks and white shoes. Though it's not shown in the cutscenes, Manfredd has been shown to have a single earring on his ear. He also has body hair on his chest and stomach.

Procedure[]

This surgery's been made much easier in Surgeon 4. Force the ticks off of their perch by flicking your lighter upon them, then finish them off with the battery. There will be some cuts to patch up during the surgery. Be a bit careful when venturing into new incisions, since Manfredd's heart rate will drain whenever you enter into a new area.

  • This surgery worked rather differently in the original Circus Freak-Out. Ticks would tend to leave behind poison and small cuts with their bites, and instead of using the lighter to spite them, the player would have to shake the iPod/Ipad screen.
