Mileena Lamia is a character from Amateur Surgeon 2's Circus Freak-Out. She reappears as the 68th patient in Amateur Surgeon 4: Re-Generations.
Bio[]
Mileena Lamia is known as the Snake Queen within the Circus Freak-Out. She excels at charming snakes, possessing the ability to command them at will.
Amateur Surgeon 2: Circus Freak-Out[]
Alan Probe and Bradley meet Mileena as they search around the circus. After a bit of unpleasant chattering, Mileena grows impatient with them and lashes out. She's silenced soon after as she grows ill, vomit filling her cheeks. Alan takes action and performs surgery on Mileena.
Later when she is cured of poison from her snakes, she settles down and apologizes for lashing out. When explaining how things have gotten strange around the circus, Alan states that they'd received a distress call via note. Realizing who had sent the note, Mileena hesitantly decides to take them to the sender, who's soon revealed to be Junkyard Guts (now known as the Man Eating Chicken).

Personality and Appearance[]
Despite displaying an irritable mood, Mileena does care about the well being of the circus as a whole. She's light skinned and possesses dark hair, which is tied in a ponytail. Mileena's face is decorated with green eyeshadow and dark red lipstick. Whenever she gets angry, her eyes turn yellow and her pupils become green in color. For attire she wears a long, patchy green dress with a huge collar. She has a golden snake bracelet on her arm. Her feet are bare, her toenails painted in green nail polish.
Mileena's always sitting in her wooden, mobile chair. There's a snake hidden in a basket beside her, while another has set itself on one of the posts of her chair. This snake tends to mimic Mileena's expressions, such as when she becomes livid or ill. Lastly, Mileena tends to emphasize the letter "S" in her speech (snake speech), though this is intentional as to put on an act for her audience.

*This is the solution done for Amateur Surgeon 4.
For the entire surgery, you'll be battling sneaky, slippery snakes. There's three areas where you'll encounter them.. To kill a snake, you have to shock them with the battery first to stun them, then saw them in the face. Snakes take 3 hits before flopping dead for extraction. They'll always leave behind inner poison when killed, which has to be sliced out with the pizza cutter and sucked up with the vacuum.
In the first incision, there's only two snakes to saw to death. The second area (the heart) includes 2 additional poison puddles you have to cure besides the snakes. As for the last area, there's 3 snakes you have to deal with, 2 poison puddles to suck up (or slice out), and 2 snake fangs to extract. That's basically all you need to do.
