This is the 98th stage in Amateur Surgeon 4 ReGenerations where you do a brain surgery where there is a 4 tentacles at the start. When you end a boss comes a Tentacle Eye Monster Where you have to do flashbacks of surgeries such as The Aid,Killa Bee Killed and more other surgeries! After you do all the other surgeries the boss should explode and finally you can use your tongs and extract him from Alan's brain then put back his brain piece that Ophelia Payne has. Then Put back his head and cateurize and heal them and you completed it successfully. :) Hope this helped you on this last stage. PS.This is made short because the person who made is actually a 3rd grader going to 4th grade and he had completed the game he has 518 star right now.
